ABOUT
a pioneering sustainable luxury retreat in the heart of puglia, italy's gastronomic heartland
In the heart of Puglia, nestled within the South-Italian countryside, lies Masseria Elysium
– a sustainable sanctuary surrounded by, and committed to, celebrating nature.
A ten-minute drive from Brindisi airport, guests can enjoy the freshest Pugliese produce against a stunning panoramic backdrop, offset by a luxury swimming pool and beautifully curated gardens. With 12 peaceful rooms, this tranquil hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
Donated by the King Vittorio Emanuele III to the Guarini family of Mesagne, the villa was originally built in the 1800s as an agricultural estate. Today it has been restored to honour the essence of its origins and the 20 hectare site currently operates as a certified organic farm.
Farm-to-table dining EXPERIENCE
Guests and visitors are encouraged to explore the picturesque surroundings and sample produce grown on-site; a leisurely stroll or gentle cycle will uncover a cornucopia of delicious seasonal delights including the regional favourites of peaches, melons figs and almonds.
